Drop Off

Dropping off your knives is preferred especially if you are out of the pick-up zone and don't want to pay for shipping.

To drop off your blades with Steel Sharp contact us and we'll get you booked for a 10-minute slot during our drop off hours. Steel Sharp will contact you when your blades are ready to get picked up, usually within one to three business days depending on the order.

Drop off hours are usually Friday through Sunday 2:00pm to 3:00pm. Pick up and drop off location is down N Rossiter Street on the corner of E 5th Avenue as shown below.   

Pick-Up

Steel Sharp provides pick-up to local customers who are roughly within the map shown below (about 0.6-mile radius from the point shown, refresh the page to reset view).

Simply contact us with the title Pick-Up and we'll send you a form to fill out. Steel Sharp will provide you with a reasonable quote based on our pricing and book you for a pick-up time. Leave the blades in your mailbox or have them ready to pick-up at the time agreed. We'll pick-up, sharpen, and drop off your sharpened blade(s) usually within one to three business days. Steel Sharp charges a pick-up convenience fee of $5.
